ACE - Art, Culture and Education Scheme

Support our work

Visitor entry fees only cover a small proportion of our costs and we welcome donations towards our work in preserving and protecting the Isle of Man's national heritage. Donations can be made at any Manx National Heritage site.

Reciprocal Agreements

Manx National Heritage holds reciprocal agreements with a number organisations including the Friends of Manx National Heritage, the National Trust, English Heritage, Cadw, the Young Archaeologists Club, the Museum Association and the International Council of Museums, providing free or discounted admission to the Story of Mann heritage attractions. Admission is provided for members only who must show their valid membership card at the admission desk to each attraction. No refunds are available.

Further Information

The Manx Museum is closed on Sundays and on Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Day, and on Tynwald Day morning. The House of Manannan is closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day.

Students in full time education qualify for our student admission rate on presentation of a valid student identification card. Group prices are per person for adult admissions only and are available for groups of 15 or more people. To qualify for this special pre-booking discount, booking forms and full payment is required at least 7 days in advance. Further information for Group Visitors is available by clicking here.
