Manx National Heritage Education Services employ a range of teaching staff, to teach in a purpose built education suite at the Manx Museum for use by schools, colleges and other community groups. Certain other Manx National Heritage sites including Castle Rushen and the House of Manannan also have educational work or reception areas available to groups.Teaching staff are responsible for educational activities at all Manx National Heritage sites and provide a teaching and advisory service for both Island and visiting educational groups. Educational Visits Educational visits are free to Manx schools and for other educational groups there are group admission charges to the heritage sites, with free admission to certain properties. In addition to general visits led by teachers, a wide variety of workshops are offered to Manx schools making full use of the rich resources to support the curriculum.
