Financial Sanctions: Terrorist Financing

The Treasury has the power to direct that a person's funds are to be frozen. On 24 March 2009, the Treasury by notice gave such direction.

The Treasury has now revoked the direction that applied to the individual listed below. The individual is therefore no longer subject to financial sanctions imposed by the Treasury.
