| ONGOING YOUTH EVENTS AT DOUGLAS YOUTH CENTRE, KENSINGTON ROAD, DOUGLAS Douglas Youth Club is an Arts Centre with clubs and courses available to all young people aged 8 - 25 in the Isle of Man. The Club offers dance classes in musical theatre, hip hop, Bhangra, Contemporary, disco and jazz; a Glee club (minus the blue slushies!), drama, Shakespeare, Soundcheck, visual arts including prop and stage sets and sound and lighting. With regular courses and special one-off events, the Performing Arts Centre aims to be creative and original in everything it does. It's Crootagh - a creative space. | RADA SHAKESPEARE CERTIFICATE - Royal Academy of Dramatic Art The Isle of Man Academy of Television, Film and Theatre is pleased to offer the prestigious RADA Shakespeare Certificate to residents on the Island. This recognised certificate is available to those aged 16 (or currently in Year 11) and over, both beginner and professional alike. There is no upper age limit and many adults register for the Certificate in addition to school and college students. The qualification is available to all. Click here for more information. |

| WAITING ON THE WORLD TO CHANGE Waiting on the World to Change is a CD by TREISHT, over 30 performers in one unique recording. The CD includes video and three bonus tracks. It was filmed, recorded and entirely produced in and around the Isle of Man. It will only be available until MGP 2009 and every penny that the taxman allows will be going to the MGP helicopter fund.
